Our Client, a business conglomerate with presence in different sectors including Consumer Products, Corporate Services and Infrastructure is seeking to hire the service of a phenomenal candidate with sales experience in glass fittings and automatics in Lagos.

The role will comprise building relationships with Construction Companies, Architects, Specifiers, Contractors, Civil Engineers, Civil Specifiers, House builders, Developers, Local Authorities and Housing Associations by targeting specific market areas with them and offering product, sales and technical support.

Create sales channel for:
• Glass Accessories like patch fittings, shower hinges, spider, clamp etc.
• Experience in Automatics like Sliding Door Machine, Revolving Door Machine, Digital Locks etc would be preferred.
Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.

The successful Candidate will:
• Develop the Go to Market Plan to Achieve the Above from B2B clients. EXECUTE ON THE PLAN
• Responsible for Lead Generation & Opening New Accounts
• Meet Architects, Specifiers, Contractors & Glass Fabricators; push them to specify Stanley brands for most projects
• Identify potential customer list, meet decision makers & push them to make buying decision
• Convert Above Leads to Active & Regular Business, with Each Account
• Understand their Monthly Requirement
• Understand Our Competition: Difference in Product, Price & Other Service Offerings
• Maximize Business w each Customer
• Find new avenues to meet potential big customers (Trade fair, builders / Architect forum), communicate about product & convert them to sales orders

• HND/BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Electronics or any related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience of selling technical equipments e.g soldering iron, glass/Automatics to B2B clients
• Specification sales experience ideally with architects, housing associations or local authorities
• Commercial Acumen (Need identification, market awareness, competitor awareness)


Our Client, a top notch player in the insurance Industry is seeking to hire apt and dynamic candidates who will function as a Sales Officer in different designations where they have presence. The Sales Officer will be stationed to administer insurance products and offer advisory services to the company’s client base.

Provide marketing and sales support to staff as needed
Preparation of marketing and sales presentation where necessary
Set and confirm sales appointments
Maintain and increase sales database
Managing accounts of existing customers while sourcing for new clients
Communicate effectively with service customers

• B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics or any other related discipline
• A minimum of 0 – 2 years working experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development


Our client is a key player in the telecoms industry, providing best-in- class network solutions and security services and maintains end-to-end network infrastructure for telecommunications and Energy firms is seeking to hire an experienced Regional Manager (RM) that will oversee and supervise various units to ensure that there is an increase in the organizations bottom line and ROI.

The RM will oversee all areas of business where the organisation provides telecommunication/energy services to its clientele in the four (4) Geo-political regions across Nigeria namely: Abuja (North), Port-Harcourt (South East) Ibadan (South West) and Lagos.
The RM will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and controlling all lines of business within the region with the key motive of driving the business goals of the organisation.
Determine objectives, establish operating procedures and ensure the success of the business within the guidelines and authority established by the board.
Travel to all regional locations where energy power plants are installed for proper check and supervision.
Generate business leads to increase the clients’ list thereby increasing the revenue of the organisation.
Maintain budgets and increase return on Investment (ROI).

A degree in Electrical Engineering, ICT, Power Engineering and any other related field
A minimum of 10 years’ experience with 7years of managerial experience
MBA is an added advantage
Experience in Telecoms or Power industry or related sectors
Indian, Chinese and Philippine nationals are also encouraged to apply

Ability to supervise BDM on prospective clients and management of existing clients
Excellent presentation skills, experience with client interaction, and possess confidence to assertively and tactfully manage challenging clients
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Self-motivated with proven experience managing multiple, competing and changing priorities
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) with internal agency departments, vendors
Extensive knowledge of working with corporate structures and business-to-business sales
